- Good benefits for interns! (Cafeteria, sick leave, flexible schedule, etc.) - Internship program is brand new, so the company is open to creative ideas - Internship program is also very active in involving interns in order to create a good work life balance - Company as a whole is undergoing a lot of changes in order to great a better working environment for employees - Employees are always open to help and guide you through your internship

- Depending on the position/department the work culture can vary - Since the internship program is still new there are a lot of things regarding the program that can be improved in terms of efficiency - Can be difficult to adjust to since a lot of day-to-day task involve contacting people in order to get your task done

The executives & management understand how to create a pleasant & inclusive working environment for everybody. They closely monitor the contemporary world we live in and act upon it. Leadership regularly sends out questionnaires to employees and, most importantly, actually listen to the outcomes. Another important factor that makes me enjoy working at Marvell is that leadership is pushing engineers to develop state of the art technologies, rather than milking out old cash cows.

Cons

Many internal administrative processes & flows still involve too many steps and are therefore somewhat cumbersome. And although leadership worked hard in the last couple of years to resolve this, not all processes are cleaned up yet. However, it is hard to find a large, stable company in which this is not the case.
