    Pros

Receive discount on products, you are your own boss, enjoyable girl time, the recognition is amazing! Teaches one to be aware of oneself inside and out.

    Cons

Finding customer base is a challenge, finding room for products.

    Advice to Management

I don't really have much to say it is a great company to work for and it helps one to work on him/her self.

I worked at Mary Kay full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The money and taxes write offs were the major pros. After those being able to make your own hours schdule your own party's and pick your inventory to accommodate my customers.

    Cons

The cons were that you have to put profits back into your business for a couple months witch makes for a long time struggling. Never nowing how much I was gonna make each week made it hard to budget our fiancee.

    Advice to Management

No advice really to a manager because there isn't really a manager because you are an independent consultant. So I would have given myself the advice to push harder to get to the point you want to be at because it's sales and lots of money to be made in sales
