    I am a sales women from home selling Mary Kay do it for the fun of meeting new people and also because it's a job that I can always do no matter where I am at.

    Having too try and build a decent inventory when necessary.

    Would love too work with others since I love people and enjoy working with them.

    Pros

    Good leadership team and with caring attitude toward both the employees and the work to be done. Great teamwork among the employees.

    Cons

    Very few cons. The nature of the work requires prompt responses, so both flexibility and focus are needed by employees.

    Keep applying the Golden Rule when communicating or praising people to success.

    Pros

    The great things about being an independent sales rep is your schedule is very flexible, you determine; you're always meeting new people; the training that is given is 2nd to none, excellent in sales and customer service training. Unlimited income potential. Just the benefit of working for yourself with the exceptional help and training provided is beyond wonderful!

    Cons

    There are always a few cons in any line of work, but they can always be overcome.
