    Pros

    You are your own boss. You are the business owner. Great tax benefits. You make your own schedule. Your success is solely your responsibility. So many great online training courses and also lots of meetings all over the states. Great support groups.

    Cons

    Relying on a customer base to make money. Having to keep inventory on hand to really be on top of your game to provide products to customers right away. Having a required about of $ you have to order in order to stay active.

    Pros

    I love the flexibility of making my own schedule. I appreciate the awards given. Plus, my life is changed because of Mary Kay.

    Cons

    Doing the Outside Sales, is somewhat stressful at times. Being a Manager to so many people is intimidating. The commission pay isn't much.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing. I absolutely love Mary Kay plus it's affiliates. Working for Mary Kay is a dream!

    Exponential income growth. Able to learn or use marketing skills. Account management done by yourself. It is basically like running your own little business on your own time.

    There really aren't any. If you don't like you can just stop selling.

    You make your own schedule. Work whenever you want too. You have meetings available weekly for training. If you really want to grow your business, other women will help train and guide you every step.

    Cons

    When scheduling classes they often cancel. You also need to invest in keep product on your shelf therefore alot of money.
