    i love my co workers. Willl miss them but anne arunderal starting pay is 47k -75k for detention officers. Less work

    no money always short leaving us in danger

    pay increase. Look what the counties are paying and they have less work.

    Top heavy Administration Department. There were a lot of new top Administrators who did not know or learn the correction culture.

    Pros

    You can make a lot of money if you work overtime. You get good benefits good vacation and good sick leave.

    Coworkers can be a little bit annoying so it's just best to keep to yourself and don't feed into the nonsense
