I have been working at Maryland Department of Transportation full-time

    Pros

The pay is ok. Could be better, but its not terrible. Coworkers are smart and helpful.

    Cons

Technology needs to be upgraded. Managers could listen to their staff more.

    Advice to Management

Due to retirement, demotion, and reassignment, many of the managers from the previous regime are now gone, and thats good, since it was only about them and their inflated egos, instead of being about the taxpayer.
