    Favoritism - A LOT
    Very low pay & not enough raises
    Long hours
    No room for growth

    Pay attention to favoritism patterns, stop hiring under qualified people without the necessary degrees and pay the staff in accordance to the work expected.

    great mission, best president and CEO, holistic approach to community needs

    Cons

    very low payment, almost no increase in 5+ years of service, little growing potential, MC is growing to fast and without control, very incompetent COO, he seems numbers, not people.

    Advice to Management

    if you want to retain medical providers increase payment and decrease patient load. Been founded as a Maternal and child care institution, you must have a paid maternity leave, this will be more truthful with the mission and will take care of your best asset... YOUR PEOPLE

    great mission, super for the community, direct-service-level employees are devoted to their clients and to the neighborhoods they serve

    Cons

    has grown too fast in recent years, can't support current staff in a professional manner. not enough basic things like office space/desks to allow for a comfortable work environment, even by non-profit standards

    Invest more in the development of the staff, do more to develop employees, be willing to pay top dollar for high-value employees in key positions

    Pros

    Patients are very appreciative. coworkers are excellent and very supportive

    Cons

    Management is very disorganized. Do not get raises after working for many years.

    Advice to Management

    Raises and other benefits are needed for retention of staff. Long term staff members are not heard by upper management however the new Medical Director is excellent.

    Pros

    The cause of the organization is great. They assist minorities with medial services at little to no cost through various programs. This also includes dental and health awareness.

    Cons

    The pay is very low, they do not give raises unless you are upper management and there is limited growth opportunity.
