I worked at Maryville University full-time

    Pros

    Great coworkers. Great work-life balance.

    Cons

They really need to get with the times and add paid maternity leave. This is a deal breaker for a lot of working women.

    Advice to Management

Get it up the chain that maternity leave matters when it comes to bringing in new talent as well as retaining the talent you already have.

I worked at Maryville University full-time

    Pros

Employees, for the most part, are great people.

    Cons

Getting rid of older women and hiring younger. A lot of backstabbing. Not many you can trust.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the “good ol boys” that get rid of people for no reason.

You always have a great support group and everybody is pretty much happy to do their job.

The starting salary is minimum wage (at least for work-study students) so I have to work a couple more jobs.
