I have been working at Mashreq full-time for more than a year

    Pros

good place to learn and you might get the chance to grow if you are having a good connection to the management and you are able to deliver the very high unrealistic target

    Cons

a lot of expectation, relatively low salary compared to the market which do not allow them to get the best medium management staff,

    Advice to Management

try to retain medium management and upfront staff, also put a realistic plan and give a proper support for it. try to build the team spirit among the staff instead of creating the the unhealthy spirit which is due to taking someone effort and give it to another unit due to segmentation. try to realize everyone contribution.
