    I have been working at Mashreq full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Provides enough opportunities to keep you busy learn new things everyday. Positive work environment with professional colleagues who are supportive. The management is transparent and welcomes change. Flexible work from home facilities to maintain work-life balance, employee engagement programs like health, awareness & training camps organized by the HR team. Overall, Mashreq is a decent company to work for.

    Admin facilities could be better.

    Advice to Management

    Mashreq in India is expanding and is in process of creating a brand, they certainly are on the right track but with improper tools. The Management should perform case studies of companies in similar domains to further refine their operational policies to create that brand / name,

    Terrible Company The Mid-Senior Management is the worst There is absolutely no vision with respect to the work or Policy development They rig the Gallup Employee survey Work Life balance is terrible for the salary Low-cost Indian subcontinent (Indians,Pakistanis) sweatshop

    Pros

    Products are good and things move fast in terms of implementation of new things . Quite agressive bank focused on numbers and a great learning ground

    Cons

    Work load is too much . The management is not really botjered about employees and there is zero work life balance . HR is just a position in bank and has no power what so ever
