    I have been working at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Very flexible hours. Management will work around your own schedule and fit you accordingly.

    Cons

    No major cons- people can sometimes be difficult to work with if they aren't technologically savvy. This can be applied to many technical positions.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    great place to network, gained a lot of skills from the work I did and the amazing people I came in contact with.

    Cons

    hard as a student to develop new plans for the institution. Take students ideas and make them better.

    Pros

    Flexibility with scheduling was a plus. If you needed to switch a shift, it was easy to find someone.

    Cons

    Not much open as for as jobs go. especially these jobs, it's more of a job for students

    Pros

    Awesome benefits, super friendly staff, small artsy town on the verge of growing into itself

    Cons

    Recently high administration turnover after last president left, I'm sure once the newly appointed president steps in things will run smoothly again

    Amazing staff, great atmosphere, always left work feeling accomplished.

    Some of the other staff members did not work as hard.

    After 6 months you can take courses at $0 for tuition. The potential growth of the organization due to the large grants for the Science and Technology Center MCLA will house.

    Cons

    Mismanagement of resources
    Toxic culture/environment
    Indifference at senior officer level to issues presented

    Live the values and manage the culture and get management / supervisory training
