    Recommends

I have been working at Massachusetts Department of Revenue full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The hours are good and flexible with reasonable pay. In addition, you can be as intellectually challenged as you desire.

    Cons

There are not good opportunities for promotion for auditors although as more people retire, positions will be opening up. In addition, insufficient efforts are put towards training and opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Management should work on offering better training and opportunities for advancement.
