    Great pay. Low hours. Flexible hours. Solid benefits.

    Cons

    It's government. If you are ambitious and want your career to advance as you take on more challenges and prove yourself, you will go absolutely nuts here. You will not be rewarded for doing really good work or doing more work than others. The person sitting next to you, who is doing the same exact job, does 1/10th the amount of work, is really bad at their job and would have been fired if it was the private sector,...

        Pros

        Flexible Time, job security ( worker's union), benefits. Perfect for individual who wants to have a family. The flex time works great, it's a stress free place. It is also perfect for individuals who have 10 or less years before retirement and want to move away from the busy private section.

        Cons

        Not too many opportunity to grow. Not good for young, energetic, career driven individuals.
