Pros
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Booking is decent. Tips are pretty good.
Cons
Owner is a crook. Tips and bookings are nowhere near what they promise you when you apply. Management is totally disorganized and dropping the ball across the board.

Pros
You do get employee discounts at Massage Heights for a decent amount. They are pretty flexible with scheduling but on the flip side if you don’t sell enough memberships that month, they won’t schedule you as much. Don’t have too many good things to say, working here wasn’t a good experience.
Cons
Management here is very catty and passive aggressive. The first week in training the managers were already talking badly about other employees. They definitely play favorites at this store. Very sales based, if you’re looking for sales job this one might be a good match but all they care about here is selling memberships. Not a typical desk job, felt more like a salesman position. Scheduling was a little funky, some days where it’s busy 1 person would be scheduled alone for hours and then other days there would be 3 of us scheduled with nothing to do. Management is very adamant on “staying busy” but without giving you tasks to do. Job can get very boring when you come in for a mid shift and when you get there all the daily tasks are already done for that day and then you’re just sitting there waiting for people to check in and check out. There’s only so many time you can clean a lobby, or find little minor tasks to fill up time. Felt very micromanaged here.

Pros
Extremely relaxed and easy tasks, great people/management.
Cons
Entitled customers, had to constantly suck up even if they were being unreasonable. The therapists made things difficult at times but it's understandable.
