I have been working at Massimo Dutti part-time

    Pros

    The sales and the discount

    Cons

Management is a terrible mess. One of the women’s managers was fired a month ago for stealing and she worked there for 3 years. Management has no clue what’s going on and only know how to micro manage creating a toxic hostile evenivorment.

    Advice to Management

    It’s a lost cause.

I worked at Massimo Dutti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The salary was decent for a retail job and the employers were quite respectful. The company gives you really nice uniform that is part of their current collection, so it changes every season.

    Cons

The company is Spanish and for some reason did not adhere to American holidays -so there was no time and a half pay during holidays

I have been working at Massimo Dutti full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun, creative, hands on, fully fashion and customer service oriented. You are constantly dressing people and playing Barbie with them.

    Cons

Not a huge income for the type of work you do, although you do learn a lot about retail at a higher end level.

    Advice to Management

There needs to be more communication and guidance to all fashion advisors. There needs to be more professionalism.

    Cons

Wage isn't competitive at all compared to competitors.
    Too much favoritism within management
    No place to grow
    No encouragement for growth

    Pros

It is an amazing company, the team was really nice, and you can find lot of opportunities and growth. Also you learn a lot and it is a very dinamic enviroment.

    Cons

This company is not for everyone, workers should be versatil, multi task, and hard worker. The salary is ok but they should increase it a bit more.

    Advice to Management

The mangers that i met in the company were very professional, but I think they should spend more time training their workers.
