    Pros

This company give a good deal of autonomy and freedom to do what you need to in order to keep clients happy

    Cons

I believe they don’t have enough contact with the field consultants face to face although they are very reliable.

I worked at Mastech Digital as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

You get a paycheck but there is a caught with that too.
You get some experience with a large established company.

    Cons

The term recruiter used to be NOT a four letter word but it is sad that the majority of the world thinks recruiters are SNAKES.

This company is the company that defines snake.

I got recruited at 70k for 2 year contract. After 1 year, I was interviewed at another company and was offered 90k. I approached management and told them I want to stay here but was looking to split the difference. They told me that I was at 105k with them. I told them no I was at 70k.

Mastek cooked the books, the company accused them of fraud and they settled out of court and I took the new offer.

I get it the recruits gets their gravy/cut but 40k and then hiding is UNETHICAL.

People, if you work in IT there are lots of recruiters avoid these people.

    Advice to Management

I think you may have gotten too big and have lost the human touch. You have some shady people working for you and they are profitable for you but ethics is in the process of a comeback.
