    Pros

    Ontime pay
    Very transparent Visa and GC Processing
    Immigration and HR team are pretty quick in response. Great help with documentations for in-person visa interviews.
    Strong vendor base and stable projects.
    Provides great insurance plans.
    Great company to work with.

    Cons

    Cant think of any.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work !!!

    Pros

    They do what they say.. They wont give any false commitments. Salary and Insurance is also very nice when compare with other consultancies. Typically they are emerging as good company.

    Cons

    If you are immigrant and got any RFE they will take so much time to get client letters.

    Pros

    Good employer, pays on time and without hassles. would love to work again.

    Cons

    Initial paperwork process is stringent and gets on to you sometimes, but i understand that its for the benefit for all the parties.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on creating opportunities in the digital technologies space e.g big data, analytics and cloud

    Pros

    Like any other IT staffing company... Transparent policies... Good with immigration services... Very clear on benefits... Overall not bad to work for...

    Cons

    Benefits not so good... Not much vacation days only 10 days per year and only 6 days holidays per year...

    Pros

    Only one pros I can think of : Salary is on time.

    Cons

    Be clear with what you want before joining this company.. otherwise no one will be interested once you are on the floor. You will have to chase ppl to get your promises fulfilled..
    Since it is staffing company they are only interested in supplying the candidates to vendor company on a contract to hire basis.. some promises are not fulfilled and senior mgmt. also try to wash their hands off their responsibility.

    Sometime the bench period is not enough to find the next gig.

    Advice to Management

    Please make sure to have standard benefits across the board including matching 401K etc.

    Good Medical coverage due to large group
    High level of legal vision
    New Clients none to zero

    Cons

    No Career growth
    Dont expect to get any new projects once current is done
    Termination beyond 2 weeks of bench
    Not good in maintaining relationship with clients
    Do not expect any level of professionalism
    Poor internal communication/leadership
    Old bodyshoping model with people managing from other countries not knowing what thay are doing

    You cannot advice people who do not participate in Day to day activities or overseeing decisions.

    Pros

    flexibility, potential compensation if you can deliver resources. some senior leaders know their stuff and are able to lead. others have been there too long and are not willing or able to change as the business environment requires

    Cons

    recruiting is horrible. company can't break away from serving integrators only. Internal communication is poor. Field people are the last to hear of major changes in the company. The compensation structure will only attract entry level or junior people, not the rainmakers required to generate massive amounts of business requirements (which is needed to compensate for Recruiting's lack of competence in finding resources for projects)

    Advice to Management

    invest in SMEs, bring recruiting to US, not India
