    Good principal & good directors,they think about staffs.

    Cons

    All the staffs are good hard workers.

    Advice to Management

    Management should be take quarterly meeting with lower staff.

    Pros

    You get to travel all over the country. Rotating shift timings. Salary + extra expenditures.

    Cons

    Working 12 hours shifts 6 days a week. And at times even 7 days. While traveling out of city for work, the period of stay there is not fixed. It could be one week to one month.

    Advice to Management

    I would request the management to allow flexible timings for the employees as their convenience and also to distribute all work evenly among everyone. And to increase overtime payment a little as usually it gets very important to do that.
