    Love the company culture. Really take care of their employees

    It is a large company, so it is hard work to make a name for yourself (but its worth it!)

    In proper use of interns they hire lot of them at once and cannot place them in proper department after internship

    Highly educated experienced friendly staff.
    Fair salary for Executive assistants,
    opportunities and programs for all assistants.
    Opportunities to expand your education. beautiful grounds

    Cons

    Long hours, tremendous workload, need more training, large depts need 2 assistants, need masters degree to become senior manager

    No gym or lunch allowance but it's well covered by the overall generous compensation package.

    Still a lot of red tape as it transitions from fin to tech, going in the right direction though.

    Promote more and hire in from the bottom up
