I worked at Mastercard full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great company to work.
People oriented. Local offices are always small, so everybody knows everyone
Although is a Global Brand, local team can make a difference and do different and creative projects. Local programs are valued by global team
Easy access to senior people. Doors always open to everyone.
Nice working environment, friendly, easy to have fun while working hard.
    Very open to diversity.

    Cons

As any American company, legal, privacy and finance are areas that block some ideas. So for the marketing stand point sometimes people get frustrated or have extra work, but from the business safety point of view makes total sense.
