    Very good company policies.

Work depend which project you are working. Flexible work timing.

    Cons

    No bus transportation for employees.
3 months notice period is too much.
Very few or not as such to describe.
    Overall experience is good.

    Advice to Management

Connect with employees in regular basis.
    Provide transportation to the employees.
Try to minimise the notice period to 2 months. Because 3 months is too much.

I worked at Mastercard full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good insurance and perks...
Good to have brand name on your CV

    Cons

    No career path
    Too much bureaucracy and hierarchy
    No work life balance
Internal employees are given last priority for any new opportunities within the company.

    Advice to Management

Too much bureaucracy.......managers are just operational managers not people managers.
HR and senior management are least innovative to keep the best talents in the company.

    Pros

Wonderful brand with solid products. Global presence and smart talent. Working with many types of financial institutions is a privilege and a great way to grow your business acumen.

    Cons

For whatever reason the people who hold the power are not nice individuals. They make it a point to sully peoples reputations, damage their career advancement and generally make life miserable if they so choose. HR knows and does nothing to address it. The performance management practices target individuals they no longer want to be part of the organization systematically weeding out tenured and older employees. Bad interpersonal behavior, gossiping, maligning and demeaning commentary by middle managers is commonplace. Good rule of thumb is trust no one. That said, if you are part of the clique and the "in" crowd your star and fortunes will rise. It is really all in who you know.

    Advice to Management

Weed out the bad apples and reward honesty, collaboration and team spirit and quit advancing those people who are harming your franchise. Pay attention.
