    Great benefits, great pay, flexible work schedule, telecommuting, stock, bonuses, profit sharing, 401K match is 125%

    Cons

    Culture has changed drastically in the last 8 years. Seniority is no longer relevant. Diversity is preached but remains an issue

    Pros

    Dynamic, international, fast-paced environment. A company in transition (lots of consultants on site for short- and long-term assignments). Good learning opportunities.

    Cons

    A finance organization in transition, poor knowledge transfer from one person to another. Hopefully the team will stabilize soon. Stressful environment.

    Create stability.
