    Pros

    Cons

too much focus on politics, ratings/career advancement rather based on interpersonal relations than performance-based, teams often working in silos

    Advice to Management

lack of leadership / senior mgmt should not be afraid to make decisions, promote people based on what they deliver rather than judging them based on what they say/how they flatter you

    Pros

    Lots of young talented people

    Cons

Senior management lack of investment in younger talent.

    Pros

Global, fast paced organization that "get's it". Great up side in the market for long term growth. Great salaries and benefits. Very aggressive senior management team.
