    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    • Growing industry
    • Work-life balance (for some departments)
    • Opportunities to move across functions within the company
    • Cool innovative products and solutions

    Cons

    • A lot of bureaucracy and politics. You have to "rub" shoulders with the right people to get ahead.
    • Underpaid across all functions, especially tech... It brands itself as a technology company but doesn't pay like one.
    • Risk averse. The company needs to take on more risks if it wants to become the leader in payments.
    • Management needs to become more accountable and make more decisions instead of depending on their subordinates.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the dinosaurs, both in Management and non-management roles, so you can move to the next level. Pay accordingly to keep and attract new talent. You can't compete with Silicon Valley, so don't compare yourself to one.
