    Pros

International exposure, vast learning and growing opportunities, good working conditions and comparatively good compensation levels. Opportunity to travel to whoever is interested.

    Cons

Internal systems would need to become more updated to facilitate flawless and easy to get information. Organizational structure to become more stable across regions.

    Pros

MasterCard is a great place to work; I've been always engaged in challenging projects and the people I work with always been very supportive.

    Cons

It takes a long time to get access to systems (2-3 months) and also onboarding process is kind of complicated in CIS.

    Advice to Management

Management should be near to subordinates in order to gather needs.

I have been working at Mastercard full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Stupendous base salary and bonus with great career growth prospects. You get a chance to work with some of the smartest payment minds on the planet those who are not only intelligent but down to earth. Great benefits. 401 K out of the world. MC has posted double digit profits every single year since past 15 years that has resulted in out of the line bonus payments. You get a chance to work on innovative products which help the world in a big way.

    Cons

Need to improve on tech infrastructure. You get a feeling that you are back in 2012. Work can get crazy during peak seasons. Some of the employees are yet to see the PUR headquarters due to the proximity from the city. The company can look to invest some money on shuttles from NYC to PUR, which will be helpful for employees staying in Manhattan but are required to travel to PUR on a daily basis. Needs to re-think about strategical products to remain ahead of the competition. Some teams get extensive travel budgets while others have to plead to get one to accommodate training.
