    Pros

Acquisitive and evolving company finally structuring inline with the changing nature of business, away from core and onto new verticals.

    Cons

Taking some-time to navigate this enormity of structures and legacy.
Challenged by new entrants/disruptors and our rules.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Mastercard full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Awesome benefits, plenty of work life balance to be had (depending on your boss). There are plenty of smart people in good positions.

    Cons

Culture is non-existent, there just isn't one. Prepare to be bored. It is hard to get promoted within any one team. You have to take lateral moves and gain experience to go anywhere at MasterCard. A better wellness program would be appreciated at such a big company. There are some in management that have less than NO background in management.

    Advice to Management

Promote leaders not whoever is next in line.

I have been working at Mastercard as a contractor

    Pros

The atmosphere is fantastic. The building amenities surpass any company I've ever worked for and been around the block a few times. Opportunities abound!

    Cons

Continuity. Business groups that need to work together don't well (process/understanding). Things are just all over the place. Too many contingent workers maybe. Streamlined training and management of resources would likely be helpful.

    Advice to Management

Know MasterCard policy and your business group policy like you know your name. Set stands up front.
