I have been working at Match Marketing Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The people who are good at what they do here are VERY good at what they do and wonderful to work with.

    Cons

See above and flip it. Sadly, most of them are the ones calling the shots at Match. Rampant favoritism abound leaves good, deserving employees with no voice or representation, and talentless hacks protected and promoted. This imbalance is reflected by the failure to please current clients and the inability to land new ones. Pile onto that no regulated policy for reviews, raises or bonuses, and you have a pretty accurate...

    Advice to Management

This would be a waste of energy as management already knows it all.

I have been working at Match Marketing Group part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Interesting work. Mostly flexible time, now that they have implemented a self-scheduling app.

    Cons

Irregular work. Recently a big change in management staff and lots of rumors about what is going to happen. Many promises and nothing solid. Impossible-to-meet requirements (in my area) for referral rewards.

    Advice to Management

Create consistent policies, communicate more frequently and honestly with us. It is so very obvious that management thinks we are only important as warm bodies.

    Pros

None there really is no pros

    Cons

Management swears when issues are brought up. Have to wake up sometimes at 4 AM to get somewhere. They use you and your vehicle and make you go long distance sometimes 250 miles a day. This runs your car into the ground. Caution

    Advice to Management

Pay a lot for long distance driving

I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time

      Pros

      - THE PEOPLE! A fun culture and some of the smartest people you will ever work with in your career - Truly integrated experience, working across multiple teams and environments - Great creative work and great clients too!

      Cons

      - The company was better when it was Trisect. Ever since Match Marketing Group took over, things have only been going down... and quickly! - Little communication with the agency on higher-level issues - Horrible leadership and management; they have no idea what they're doing - Very little resources to assist current employees and do not hire to fill gaps. People are drowning in work and there is no assistance
