I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Talented team members, gym and cell phone reimbursement, and trendy clients

    Cons

The non-existent HR department, lack of leadership from the top-down, always overpromising to the client and poor business management. What kind of agency asks their staff to continue working for months without a scope of work from the client? Don't expect the leadership team to be supportive and check in on you either. Look elsewhere if you want to work in a positive environment where you are treated with respect and valued by your employer.

I have been working at Match Marketing Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

My counterparts, some great clients good people in creative

    Cons

Upper management horribly over promised to the client. So much so that the client took the business to a different agency. There has been way too much turnover in upper management to make me feel secure. My interview process was a joke which should have been a huge red flag for me Overall, I get the feeling the entire agency is hanging on by a thread.

I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice office, good benefits, there are...or were... some really great and talented people who were here.

    Cons

Unfortunately the leadership of this company have no idea what they are doing, have little integrity and have taken a great team and driven it into the ground. You can't trust management any further than you can throw them. They will make promises to you one day and then the next it's like conversations were never had. Their egos get the best of them which slows any progress when it comes to working as team. Transparency is not a thing here. If you like trying to guess everyday if the leader you are speaking to is telling the truth or blowing smoke this is the place for you. Batches of co-workers disappear into thin air with little to no explanation to the team.

I worked at Match Marketing Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People I worked with were all great and my direct supervisor was a great woman.

    Cons

Didn't feel very taken care of by upper management. They didn't seem to really sympathize and understand our needs. There were a few times that we were not given all the materials needed to fill the walls, which continued to set us back.
