    Pros

    People are kind and trying to do good work.

    Cons

    It makes a big difference who you work for and in what group. Various release cycles don't line up, so interdependencies can be painful.

    Advice to Management

    Some teams at MathWorks place emphasis on getting things right the first time but sometimes spend too long developing something before getting it in front of customers. Why not try doing a minimum viable product instead?

    High notch technologies used. Perks and benefits are really great. Besides on campus facilities are also great!

    Cons

    No work-life balance.
    Upper management have made their software stable, they do not include juniors into their decision or tasks.
    Your growth solely depends on which team you join in here.

    Advice to Management

    Start including new comers into projects and allow them to learn your product and implement their ideas.
