I have been working at Matheson Tri-Gas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You gain a lot of experience in a short amount of time in many areas. You become a one man show that is able to do it all.

    Cons

Lots of responsibilities. The process is complex and has a leaning curve. At the same time you have other duties to be performed daily.

I worked at Matheson Tri-Gas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops. The salary is good only PPO Medical.

    Cons

Work 12 plus shifts including weekends for the new. Hours can be much longer, you are partnered with another planner which causes a lot of conflict that's not dealt with. There is an office bully that the manager hear on the floor and does nothing, no team work a negative environment with a high turnover.

    Advice to Management

Fostering team work will probably help first before partnering. Shifts might be a good solution than partnering.
