    Pros

Awesome company to work for, great alternative for an Educator who enjoys non-traditional hours (2nd shift) and is interested in earning more money than teaching. This creates a fun and challenging workplace, but ultimately rewarding as you help students overcome their fear/deficiencies in Math.

    Cons

If you work Full Time for Mathnasium and do not put in the work, you will be stuck with a low-salary and no growth potential. This company requires passionate employees, and if you can be responsible and hardworking, there truly are zero "cons"

    Pros

The pros for working at Mathnasium are many and excellent but hard too remember.

    Cons

I looked at jobs at the teaching center Mathnasium (two different locations). The salary is $12 per hour with a possible promotion to $14 per hour. Moreover, the salary during the first month of 'training' is only $10 per hour. Bagging groceries at Trader Joe is lucrative by comparison!
