    Pros

    Small office, almost family setting, convenient downtown location. Has potential to really impact the city.

    Cons

    Not much room for growth, maybe open up for cross training opportunities to better equip team and build client base.

    Cons

    Small environment, at times long hours. Workload can at times be heavy during peak seasons. Pay us not on industry standard.

    Encourage open dialogue about workload and office concerns, offer better incentives

    -young culture and always aware of latest in technology and subcultures
    -great entry level experience

    Cons

    -lack of strong leadership and communication from management
    -performance reviews are given but often employees have to threaten to leave before being promoted or compensated

    -please reevaluate your core competencies
    -get out of your own way
    -learn to trust your employees if you want a better environment and retention
