I have been working at Matrix Technologies, Inc. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Ever expanding opportunities for personal growth, diversity with projects, great work environment and sensitive to maintaining culture of company during expanding times.

    Cons

Programmers tend to spend more time in the field on start-ups (great experience though).

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

They are well diversified in a number of industries which gives them a lot of flexibility when certain markets or industries are down. They have a very good benefit package and bonus structure

    Cons

Some times the travel on certain projects can be excessive but in general they will work with you when you need help.

    Advice to Management

Communications to the general staff could be more frequent, and they could always be looking at ways to improve the benefit package.
