    Pros

A paycheck, the company parties were legendary, and very relaxed dress code. You could say basically any politically incorrect statement and have no backlash.

    Cons

Unprofessional managers who simply are friends with executives. Most managers didn't have a clue, and the supervisors were basically illiterate.

    Advice to Management

    Take some leadership courses.

    Positive Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Casual dress most days. Most employees create their own team work environment, few managers get it. Not micromanaged. It's a paycheck and insurance.

    Cons

Upper management disconnected to staff, serious lack of communication. Top leaders do not appreciate workers. They do not recognize individual efforts to achieve goals. Low or no bonuses for exceeding goals. There is no dialog between staff doing the work and management.

    Advice to Management

All you have is people, treat them good and they'll be on board. Take opportunities to recognize achievement at all levels. Have quarterly meetings company wide to share what ever vision you have. Create good bonus structure for high achievers.
