Great work environment and great co workers. Great place to learn and grow. The benefits are great. Time off is even better. 401k contribution is helpful as well.

I have been working at Mattel as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You're working at a toy company making kids toys! How can you not have fun?
Even though I'm only here for the Summer as an intern, everyone has been very welcoming and willing to help. It's a very friendly place to work!

    Cons

Every business has it's ups and downs, which can sometime affect moral.
You'd better be good with powerpoint and excel and outlook, otherwise you'll need to learn them quickly.

    Advice to Management

Stop sending all of the jobs overseas. No matter how many boosts to moral you try to pump into the system here, people want to feel secure, and they presently do not.
