I have been working at Mattress Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

For a commision job they still have a base pay of $10 an hour. You can earn comission by selling more than what you make hourly, If you don't sell over what you've made hourly you get the draw pay from the hours you worked which saves you. Great working environment

    Cons

Long hours alone in a store. You may only see 2 customers a day depending on location of your store, and sometimes you don't see anybody at all so you're just drawing hourly pay at that point.
