Pros
It was pretty nice and chill. My manager was good. I've heard some stories of bad managers, but never encountered anything like that. Even the regional manager, who everyone apparently hated, was actually pretty nice. Never ran into any issues with her.
Cons
There was kind of an expectation of me to work as much as I was legally allowed to, which wasn't overtly aggressive or anything (in fact, they were very nice about it), but it was a little pushy. It was okay though, as some of the days I worked had a lot of downtime, which meant I had a lot of time in the day for studying.

Cons
After management switch, new manager was awful. Location got no traffic which meant I couldn't make anything as we were commission based. I was being scheduled 65 hours a week during holiday sales, much of which was spent completely alone and bored out of my mind. And, since I was on commission with no store traffic, I was basically missing out on watching my child grow up just to sit in an empty store for little pay.
