Flexible hours and benefits. The partnerships with other companies are amazing.
Cons
Way too much work for the pay. Presentations, leading a team plus accountabilities and responsibilities does not reflect in the pay structure. Yes they say salary plus commission but ultimately you’re making the same money as the people you are leading. There is not a set salary for this position.
