Pros
There were ABSOLUTELY no good things about working for this company. It was a disaster from the Sleepys conversion up until the time I left!
Cons
Extremely long and stressful hours. Told by my boss numerous times 'expect not to have a day off for the next 2 weeks' and 'the next few days are going to be rough so expect to work 12 hours'. As a salaried employee that is not acceptable. No support from management at all. Suggestions that anyone presented to management and regional management were thrown in the trash and not even looked at. Pretty much drove me into depression and I developed a hate for the company.

Pros
I really appreciate the challenges that I face here. I have already developed better people skills, listening skills, learned how to be a better teacher, and teach with more persuasion. I've also learned how to be more consistent in my efforts and results. I appreciate the salary (recently upped) $2500/month because I would be taking home very little if it was straight commission. I had no experience in sales before this job and management is EXTREMELY patient with my slow progress. They are always encouraging me, helping me when I'm feeling discouraged or confused, and giving me a pat on the back when I do well. The culture and atmosphere is very, very positive and uplifting. They thoroughly train new hires in the basics of the company's buying process and help them master those basics by sticking them with a trainer for about a month, then sending them off to one of the training centers in the U.S. for 3 days of instruction from the best of the best. I went to Dallas, TX and it was an amazing experience in which I was able to form friendships with some of the corporate faces.
Cons
Very little physical activity required, commuting to distant stores, and sparse ongoing training after the initial training period. Shifts are not assigned when working with another person and most weeks are over 50 hours (because of travel time).
