Often small staff so hours work off of store needs only and can interfere with student schedule.

Pros
I enjoy working with customers and feel support from my coworkers.
Cons
The pay is dismal when compared to other places I could be working retail. The main goal it seems is selling credit cards, not clothing. I find it hard to believe that they actually care about their employees when we only make $15/hour versus some place like Taco Bell which pays $22/hour.
