I have been working at Mavenlink full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Each and every employee at Mavenlink feels valued, listened to and supported. It comes from the top down and the executive team has done an unbelievable job cultivating this. During times of crisis, true colors are shown and Mavenlink has been nothing short of extraordinary as coronavirus has shaken the economy. Been bad places before and it’s eye opening to see how much a company succeeds when their people are truly their number one priority and most valued asset.

    Cons

None, wouldn’t want to work anywhere else.

I have been working at Mavenlink full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The company truly puts people first. Whether its the employees, prospects, clients, partners, or vendors, they always do what's right. It's a very diverse culture that allows everyone to learn and grow in a way that most companies are unable to provide to their employees. The ability to grow your career is limitless and doesn't take having to ask for a promotion to get one. Being surrounded by great talent and having a diverse inclusive culture is very rare. It also helps that it's supported by the best solution in the market. The engineering team continues to develop cutting edge functionality to keep Mavenlink ahead of their competition. The executive team and vision of the company are world-class.

    Cons

With so many great minds and the fast-growing nature of the business, the biggest challenge is managing all the change. I always say that you must have a "CEO Mindset" to work in any startup, and that is true at Mavenlink.

I have been working at Mavenlink full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Mavenlink has really stepped up and taken care of and supported their employees especially during this pandemic. They have been extremely supportive, flexible and empathetic. No one has been laid off due to the uncertainty of what is currently happening. They want to ensure that employees and their families feel supported, remain healthy, and well during this time.

    Cons

There's nothing negative to share at this time.

I have been working at Mavenlink full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Mavenlink's vision, leadership, culture and general working atmosphere (even if you're in a remote role) feel well connected and make it a very desirable place to be.

    Cons

There aren't any significant downsides to working at Mavenlink. Normal challenges abound and to be expected (budget limitations, etc). On the HR side, we're growing and sometimes we struggle to grow fast enough in our departments.
