    I have been working at Maverick USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    One of the best companies I've ever worked for! Never had a problem working here. They have taken good care of me and my assigned truck. Always got truck fixed asap if I had any problems. Drivers can move up into office/management.

    Cons

    Lots of sandwiches during training. Very stricked on ppe.

    Great equipment. Good people overall to work for. Nice facilities for drivers at their terminals.

    Cons

    Being away from home for long periods. Occasional tarped multi-stop flat bed loads.

    Opportunities for advances tend to thin out just before the VP level, (as they do in all organizations).

    Pros

    Weekly Pay, good benefits, good start off pay, the outside of the used trucks are clean while the inside can be very dirty

    Cons

    No miles, unorganized, favoritism, Too much sitting, truck was so dirty when I first got it.

    I have been working at Maverick USA full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Professional team with top notch training. Great equipment. Very helpful fleet managers. Very good home time, pay and benefits. Among the best driver job in the industry.

    Cons

    Occasional low mileage weeks. There's not much to complain about. Management has been on top of keeping drivers happy and engaged in any decision making process.

    The training is good long orientation but it's a lot of good information for someone just starting out

    Cons

    It seem like the training is the only good thing
