    Ethics & Compliance in the way business is done
    Employee Centric
    Empathetic
    Some leaders are good

    Cons

    Tenure given precedence over performance
    Difficult to get " accepted " at top level and makes you feel as an " outsider "
    Slow decision making... not sure what they want or too aspiration vs ground reality
           - Too much detailing for everything and mostly irrelevant
    Very preachy rather than application oriented
    PPT heavy company ... Quality time is spent on creating PPTs rather than meaningful discussion
    People get promoted / hired randomly basis them being in " good books "
    VERY TOP HEAVY....
    Ancient systems / no automation / very manual intensive

    Advice to Management

    Stop preaching and get practical .... Aspirations too high but first get the basics right
    Discard PPT culture and make meetings discussion based
    VALUE TIME if yourself & others

    Good training,Good lead support,Support from manager,Good ethics of the company.

    Cons

    Too much work pressure,2nd and 3rd sat which is not off always. Reporting to all hierarchies sometime.
