      It is actually an outsource company, Do not inform you and send you to other company named Toray Malaysia System, working in both Island and Prai with low salary. Do not have own office, sharing with FirstLink

      Poor Management, All the Human Resource are new and do not have experience, Boss, Mr lee is fuddy-duddy and stingy who want the employees to create value

      1. Since the boss is very profit-focused, as long as the business makes money, you might have a job.

      1. Boss is uneducated and narrow-minded, focusing only on profit without any strategic or people management skill. 2. Although claimed, flexibility is just a fake selling point. In reality, there are constant excuses and control. 3. Good employees are likely to leave quickly, creating instability and burnout for those who stay.
