I have been working at MaxMobility (India) full-time

    Pros

Nothing as such to say. I found nothing.

    Cons

    Bogus.
    Full of politics.
    Politics among top management.
Changes their view every now & then.
    Worst work culture.
There is no culture better to say.

I worked at MaxMobility (India) full-time

    Pros

    Salary will always on time

    Cons

    1. Your salary scale will not be based on your knowledge and experience. It will always be what budget they can offer from a project. Thus if new expect starting salary <9k. If you are experienced you will be provided very less.
    2. You will not receive proper hike.
    3. Forget about taking leaves.
    4. Very pathetic project management.
    5. If you perform well, it's the team and company credit. If the project fails it's your fault.
    6. Your learning curve will not rise anymore.
    7. No proper knowledgeable person (if there are any he/she will be too busy) to give you insight about new technologies or teach you better approaches.
    8. No proper documentation about anything. So expect project failures, project delays, client escalations, client increasing the project scope but not the time estimation, improper KT, improper repository management, no MOM mails.
    9. Majorly employees are already fed-up. Either they can't leave due to management rules, or already wasted their time (experience and tech knowledge imbalance) that no other company is ready to consume them.
    10. Resource allocation and performance is epically poor. Every manager secretly or publicly pulls resources into their projects. The resources works generally on 3-5 live projects at a time along with the manager's work too. Thus no deadlines meet and the resources are always to blame.
If anyone says anything else about the company, join at your own risk. Sweet words will be provided always, and you will gradually find the points to be true on your own. By then you will not be able to quit.

    Advice to Management

There are certain people with experience and technology knowledge imbalance. As long as they reside, every project will take loss curves.
There are no knowledge gain possibilities. Look into that.
Documentation and SDLC is of highest importance which none follows.
Resource allocation and resource performance is very poor. If one resource need to work on multiple projects and also work of the manager, then each project is bound to miss deadlines. That is not the resource's fault. Look more into the managers how they are working and secretly pulling these resources into other work. Ultimately manager is safe but the resource gets all the blame.
Please don't waste anyone's career this way.
