I have been working at Maxicare Home Health Agency full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

schedulers work HARD to give you the hours you need. Office staff extremely friendly. They work hard to keep the quality of care for patients HIGH. Integrity.

    Cons

supervisors or way overworked. Didn't orient enough on the paperwork. Corporate higher ups are more profit driven than I would like. Won't make salary improvement on supervisor jobs so lose out on a lot of really good nurses.

    Advice to Management

Corporate management should unlock the purse strings enough to pay fair salary to supervisor positions before you have a disaster because you are so understaffed.
