The flexible schedule is the most appealing part of this job for me and is what's you make of it to a degree. Being flexible yourself when possible helps and the schedulers/recruiters are more likely to find assignments for you to fill your schedule if you're not too picky. When you need time off, however much for whatever reason, it's yours no problem. Very friendly and helpfulschedulers/recruiters and office staff and management. One-on-one patient care in the home healthcare division gives me a better sense of satisfaction than working in long term care and rehab facilities (aka nursing homes).

Health insurance options aren't a great value from what I've seen so far but haven't enrolled for it since my spouse has a better employer group plan.

No vacation until you've been there for 5 years medical and dental benefits are a joke, pay was wrong for over six weeks never was fixed that's what caused me to quit.

Good communication, good collaboration of care for patients, and team work is exceptional. If there are any problems or questions clinical manager is always willing to assist.

Pay $15/hour after taxes. Minimum wage. Not a con if this works for you. Some families have more hours than others too.
