Pros
Weekly pay is the best part
Cons
They dont Pat you on time, recruiters do not communicate with you
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Getting paid weekly and the pay was pretty good but not worth all the crap.
Cons
Benefits suck, the staff don't always communicate about what you need to do during hiring process and they try to have you fill out the same paperwork and do some online training 2 or 3 times. They don't always have all the details about where you are being sent. Also I was told one thing before starting and then once hired things were not as they painted them out to be. Many times it felt like Maxim staff was just blowing smoke up your butt.
