    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Maxim's Group full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great employee benefits, insurance covers whole family, dining discounts across all outlets etc. Strong leadership need for progress, rewards performance.

    Cons

Office is filled with politics and in-fighting, layers upon layers of bureaucracy. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it mentality prevails. Chinese men are the only ones who are promoted to upper management.

    Advice to Management

Offer more comprehensive on-boarding training. Invest in diversity to catch up to 21st century. PR driven CSR programs lack soul and is so transparently brand-building that it is demoralizing.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Maxim's Group as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly staffs. Have many social activities. People can leave the office on-time, so employees can enjoy the work-life balance

    Cons

Quite crowded during lunch time as the number of restaurant near by is not that much but there are so many people eating out. So ready to pack your lunch or have lunch earlier or later to avoid the peak hour.
