I worked at Maxum Petroleum full-time

    Pros

Fun industry with lots of perks. Employees care greatly about the work and the customers.

    Cons

Each operating unit has very limited access to the corporate HQ. It left employees feeling disconnected. Benefits were downgraded -however that could have also been a sign of the times with the economy.

    Advice to Management

More interaction with the operating units.

This is only one example many more wont even mention the Panama so called business trips.

Get rid of all upper management
