Pros
The people were pretty cool, minus a few of them, pay was good ,benefits were eh. Somewhat family oriented.
Cons
Management was awful, pilot thomas as a corporation owned us and they were dreadful. Promised no layoffs for a cut in pay and layoffs came shortly after. This company does not care about the employees. Dispatch was about as trustworthy for information as a late night taco bell run is for your stomach. They get rid of people they dont like so hopefully that booty dont smell to bad while your kissing it.Your job is never safe no matter how good you are at it. Avoid if you dont want headaches.

Pros
Fun industry with lots of perks. Employees care greatly about the work and the customers.
Cons
Each operating unit has very limited access to the corporate HQ. It left employees feeling disconnected. Benefits were downgraded -however that could have also been a sign of the times with the economy.

Pros
The customers were great other than that nothing
Cons
Upper management is a joke, lying cheats who care only about the selfs. Cut back Cut back is all they say but upper management go on non needed business trips to strip joints up in Wash. and have the company pay for it and laugh about it. This is only one example many more wont even mention the Panama so called business trips.
