Compensation is a little above average and flexi time/ WFH due to pandemic

lack of strong senior management team. High attrition rate on mid-senior level positions. diminishing benefits depending on the current management team

Mayfair International Technologies Inc., provides snack supplies for employees on an 8-hour straight shift.

Cons

Employees provided with food allowances cannot choose food they want to eat. Food are being delivered and there's no option to what kind of food should be delivered. Overtime or Pending transactions are deductions to Filipino employees in their monthly performance bonus even though the commissions are of the Chinese employees.

The management made the decision to implement new systems and processes at their major peak period which failed dismally. They also failed to supply the infrastructure needed to work effectively during the peak periods. Some of the management were also very aggressive at times.

Constant Late in salary payment without any notice or words from the management You can never know who actually do what in term of administration, because everytime you inquire about anything related to administration, you'll get passed from one person to another You are expected to always bow down to your superior

the owner absolutely makes a lot of money everyday from this business, but no matter how good is the business, its increase will not be enjoyed by his employees.

stressful, a lot of details, no meal break, you have to work when having lunch! and have to come even in your rest day

Willing to listen to employees and made changes. Continuously improve compensation & Benefits. Never late to release payroll starting September, 2014. Reliable HRAD and management.
