    Pros

Mazars USA (formerly known as WeiserMazars) is a great place to work. We are committed to the growth and success of our employees and to providing 5-star client service. As we embark on our countdown to our 100th anniversary, we try to maintain those features of a small firm that led to our growth and success for the past 95 years.

    Cons

Accounting and Advisory Services firms require professional conduct, appearance, and unimpeachable ethics in all interactions. We expect no less of all our employees.

    Advice to Management

We are only as good as our employees

I have been working at Mazars full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very interesting projects to work on, opportunities to work on a wide range of services: advisory, model build and model audit and small team which offers a lot of responsibilities

    Cons

A lot of work for a relatively small team but it really depends on the periods

    Advice to Management

I believe that the management is overall doing a good job with very interesting projects coming over

I worked at Mazars full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Nice people to work to, team spirit.

    Cons

Partners are not interested in keeping people content and happy to work there. Every employee has a replacement, no mather what experience and how many years you worked there.
Too much work and not so competive salary. Bonuses received only if the partner likes you. Juniors are starting with a minumum salary per economy.

    I worked at Mazars full-time

    Pros

    view from window
    location
    inside work
    canteen
    car parking

    Cons

Management at Partner level often not up to the job
    disaffected junior staff
    needy and dysfunctional clients
    too political
Old School culture persists - not in a good way

    Advice to Management

I noticed that not all clients liked to plied with drink. Some may even see the tendency to do this as reflecting a dependency within the Partner who was pushing the glass.
