I worked at Mazda North American Operations as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great corporate setup. Qa lead was very hands-off. You were trusted to do your job and a brand of understanding and communication is fostered with fellow testers and developers.

    Cons

Very fast paced, ideal for Qa with experience but not for a new to the field tester. If you know Selenium you write your own ticket.

I worked at Mazda North American Operations full-time

    Pros

Great people, great benefits, it is a small enough company where your voice matters. Family is important to the higher ups.

    Cons

Small company in comparison to other automakers which can be bad sometimes. Pay is a little less than other automakers, but benefits out way and people stay longer here than other companies.

    Pros

The manager and co-workers are friendly and really good at giving feedback.
Over all it was a great experience to intern here.

    Cons

It's a small studio to work at and lots of project coming your way if you are in the branding part of the team. There is no constant flow of work, it's up and down quite drastically.
